Mr. Fink has a large real estate transactional practice focusing on the representation of sellers and purchasers of large multi-family dwellings, office buildings, retail centers and other commercial real estate investments.

Mr. Fink also represents a variety of lenders on both residential, commercial and private lending platforms as well as represents commercial investors and developers in structuring complex loan transactions and in connection with loan restructuring and acquisition of non-performing instruments. Additionally, he represents, both sellers and purchasers of residential homes, luxury condominiums and co-op apartments.

Mr. Fink received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in 2002, and has been admitted to the bar of the state of New York since 2003.

Mr. Zelmanovitz has an extensive practice representing corporate real estate investors in the acquisition, development, management and leasing of a wide range of real property assets, including large multifamily buildings and complexes, development projects, shopping centers and office buildings.

Mr. Zelmanovitz also has broad experience in matters pertaining to banking and financing transactions, including mortgage loans, bridge and construction loans, mezzanine and preferred equity transactions, letters of credit and participation inter-creditor agreements.

Mr. Zelmanovitz received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in 2005, and has been admitted to the bars of the states of New York and New Jersey since 2006.

Dilshat (Delia) Shalumov, Esq.

Ms. Shalumov focuses her practice on representing individuals, corporate clients, and real estate developers in the sale, acquisition, and leasing of commercial and multifamily properties, and in complex real estate financings.

Ms. Shalumov earned her law degree from the Saratov State Academy of Law and PhD in Law from the Moscow State University. She also graduated from Fordham University School of Law with LL.M. degree, cum laude, and has been admitted to the bar of the State of New York since March 7, 2018. As a judicial intern for Hon. Gerald Lebovits, New State Supreme Court, Ms. Shalumov did research for a published article Making Offers No one Can Refuse: Effective Contract Drafting – 88 New York State Bar Association Journal (January – May 2016). She is currently a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Real Property Law Section, and New York City Bar Association.
